What is a sales office / SO? Which sales office code must I use?

Along with your PartnerID your account manager will provide you with one or more sales office codes that you should use when doing price requests or when you make bookings via web service.

We provide a comprehensive overview of all sales offices that can be used for the markets where you plan to distribute our product. Usually the sales office to use corresponds to the customer's country, e.g.

• Swiss customer: SO 2020
• German customer: SO 5059 or 8080
• British customer: SO 3535
