What is a voucher? When is it sent out?

After the invoice the voucher is the 2nd document that the partner or customer will receive from Interhome. It includes important information about the travel, such as

• Arrival procedures, time and place for hand-over of keys
• The property's address
• The keyholder's address
• Information about extra services and additional costs on spot
• Last-minute information

The voucher typically is sent out earliest 42-28 days, dependent on Sales Office before check-in. This is to ensure it contains most recent and accurate data.
