How do we make modifications to or cancel a booking?
Cancellations can be made
- using the web service through the method "CancelBooking"
- using our Partner Portal
- through our service team
Cancellation fees may apply according to our general conditions of sales.
Modifying customer details
Some changes can be made using our Partner Portal. These changes are
- customer name
- number of travellers ("pax")
- booking of additional services
Please note that changes to bookings are not possible using the web service.
Changes to trip
Any other change can only be done through our customer service, e.g.
- change length of stay
- change the booked property (rebooking is necessary)
NB: a new reservation number will need be created for those changes.
