Why do I get different results when comparing interhome.com and the web service's search method?

The website interhome.com uses a different algorithm to display properties. E.g. when searching for "Verbier" on interhome.com properties from the surrounding villages may be displayed as well (e.g. Nendaz).

The web service's method only yields results that are located according to the region code/place code used.
